WARRANTY POLICY
At the Mobile Phone Hut we realise the need for customers to have a form of protection when buying a mobile phone. Some of our iPhones we sell will have a manufacturers warranty which will be clearly stated in the individual items description. We advise all customers to use this warranty if a problem or fault has arisen from the handset. We will provide all documentation with your order on how to register the handset in the owners name. We are also available to help the customers with using the warranty if needed. The manufacturers warranty does not include physical and water damage.
The Mobile Phone Hut also provides warranty for purchases which do not have a manufacturers warranty. The customer will get a 30 day warranty from purchase date, however this will not cover loss, physical damage or water damage. Once we receive the handset back a full diagnostic testing takes place to duplicate the fault. We will then offer a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund including your postage return cost.
